Vaporline Ltd. is the European distributor of the newly developed „Vaporline” geothermic heat pump line.
Vaporline is a heat pump line of wide operational range which can provide low operational costs, low environment pollution and maximum comfort for the user owing to the most advanced (high-efficiency) compressors and the most effective cycles, equipped with high-quality materials and control.
Why just „Vaporline”?
There are various heat pumps and in many cases refrigerators named heat pumps available for you as Client on the market. A common characteristic of many European heat pumps is the compact cooling cycle, which is typical for household refrigerators. Their disadvantage is that they can operate in a relatively narrow range of temperature at low operational cost. Their advantage is the cheap and simple design.
„Vaporline” heat pump line means a universal heat pump family equipped with all device receivers and operating at a maximum COP value in a wide temperature range (high efficiency). This is the guarantee for your machine to able to use the most optimally the increased COP value resulting from the high soil temperature occurring at the partial loads as well as the low condensation temperature. In this way the seasonal power factor (SPF) will significantly increase!
The applied EVI (Enhanced Vapour Inject) compressor and cycle will ensure that the machines can produce COP values higher than ever also in the event of 00C soil temperature and 620C outlet heating water temperature! The apparatuses can be applied successfully with higher than ever SPF values in the radiator heating system, producing the highest savings to you!
Vaporline devices are assembled of quality materials, with the assembling principles of the cooling cycle taken into consideration maximally in accordance with the ISO quality certification of the manufacture. The manufacturer has its own test and simulation laboratory. The above-mentioned facts mean a guarantee that Vaporline heat pumps will serve the users as reliable and long life devices.
Designing competence
The engineers of the manufacturer started their independent development work after gaining almost 10 years’ experience of designing, distribution, construction and service. During this period, several hundreds of successfully operating heat pump were planned, implemented and are still serviced. When EVI compressors appeared, they worked out their own reversible EVI cycle, according to which they started to design the heat pump line. Their strategic aim was to achieve better than ever momentary COP and SPF values and decrease the noise level of the devices to the minimum.
The successful designers’ team worked out the cooling circuit, layout and electric plans of the heat pump line with the „ pro engineer” 3-D design program and by continuous development ensures the plans of the new types and the introduction of new device families to the market as soon as possible. For the Carel controller applied, they worked out their own software program which, in addition to ensuring the heating water temperature control according to the external temperature, is suitable for remote access and network application as well.
Instructions for designing, application
Our company will make detailed instructions for application, designing, technology and operation available to you in several languages, providing maximum help for designing engineers, constructors and operators. Based on inspections in a test laboratory, our detailed performance tables provided for each device will make exact software probe designing possible for the engineers.
On the basis of this, the tendency of the expectable seasonal power factor (SPF) can securely be forecasted for a given project. We hope this fact would ensure a serious competitive advantage to us in the near future since the parameters published by companies for one or two temperature levels – mainly based on a calculation – will not give a reliable ground for the prognostication of the expectable SPF values which means the basis for winning the state subsidies in accordance with the EU Parliament’s resolution.
